GDL Consultancy builds software for the construction industry. We’re a small, focused studio. Our products are designed for the people who’ll use them on a Tuesday morning with a deadline at midday — not for procurement departments running a tender.
We pick problems where the software hasn’t caught up with the trade. We build tools small enough to ship, focused enough to actually use, and credible enough to defend. Then we put them in front of real users — surveyors, estimators, technical teams — and watch what they do.
The team’s experience spans waterproofing surveying, specialist contracting, and the trades. Years of taking off drawings, defending estimates, and watching procurement departments wrestle with software that wasn’t built for them.
